🜙 General

1. By commissioning me, I will understand that you have read and agreed to my terms and service. Issues from the commissioner due to not reading the TOS properly will no longer be my responsibility2. I am free to refuse your commission for whatever reason I may have.3. I have the rights to all my artworks, thus using it for AI works, claiming it as yours, tracing, and commercial use is strictly prohibited. (unless Copyright is bought) I shall also be allowed to use the commissions as samples.4. Reposts of the commissions are allowed, however, you must credit me and link any of my social media (Twitter, Instagram)5. Retouches/re-coloring/editing is allowed ONLY if permission is asked.

🜙 Commission

1. I will start working only after a full transaction has been made. I often take as short as 1 day to as long as 2 months to finish the commission.2. I will automatically provide 1 sketch/draft confirmation, and an optional one (lineart/color) confirmation if client requests.3. Since I am a college student, there may be instances where I have slower progress on the commission. If I take more than a month, I will message you whether you would like to further wait for the commission or would prefer a refund.4. I currently accept Paypal and Ko-fi as payments!5. When the commission is finished, I'll be sending both the clean file and a watermarked file in png format. Please inform me beforehand if you want it transparent.6. Let me know in advance if you do not want me to post the work or WIP shots.

🜙 Refund

1. Full refund will be provided if requested BEFORE sketch confirmation. (Excluding the paypal transc. fee)2. 50% of the fee will be refunded after sketch confirmation3. 25% of the fee will be refunded after lineart-flat confirmation.

🜙 Copyright-bought commission

1. Price rates for copyright bought- commissions are higher than regular commissions, raging from a standard of x3 to x10 depending on its usage. Please contact me via DM, email, or any Social Media to further discuss the rate.2. When copyright of the work is bought from me, you are free to use it for any intentions. examples include merchandise, video (includes streaming, social media advertisement, commercial printing, etc.) As long as the artwork is used for advertising your brand which leads to profit, it is considered commercial use.3. Personal use such as printing a copy for yourself is not under copyright bought commission.
